B. CONSIDERATION OF FUTURE OPERATIONS OF THE CITY’S BEACH CLUB\nFACILITY\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-63, which will:\n1. Direct staff to notify 24 Carrots Catering and Events that its lease will not be\nrenewed at the end of its current term, ending on September 30, 2026.\n2. Direct staff to initiate the necessary steps to assume programming and\nfacility operations of the Ole Hanson Beach Club upon the conclusion of the\nlease term, under the direction and management of the Beaches, Parks &\nRecreation Department.
