Approve the Native American Monitoring Service Agreement with Kizh Nation Resources\nManagement, in an estimated amount not to exceed $135,000, for the Lincoln Avenue\nWidening from East Street to Evergreen Street Project; and authorize the Director of Public\nWorks to execute the agreement and to take the necessary actions to implement and\nadminister the Agreement.
