DBA Excel\nPaving Company in the amount of $1,398,435 for the Water Main\nReplacement Project in the alley East of Alabama Street Between\nLincoln Avenue and Knoxville Avenue (CC-1716) and the alley East\nof Alabama Street Between Lincoln Avenue and Memphis Avenue\n(CC-1717)\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by Palp, Inc. DBA Excel\nPaving Company in the amount of $1,398,435; and ,\nB) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form\napproved by the City Attorney .
