19.\nSite License Agreement with Pacific Coast Shuttles, LLC, dba Futura Bus Net,\nInc., to allow for Sublicense Agreement with Ohana Shuttles, LLC for Bus\nPassenger Services at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to amend the site license\nagreement with Pacific Coast Shuttles, LLC, dba Futura Bus Net, Inc., to allow\nfor a sub-license agreement with Ohana Shuttles, LLC to compensate the City\n$1,500 per month for the rental of one bus bay for bus passenger services at\nthe Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center, for a one-year term beginning\nMay 1, 2024 and ending April 30, 2025, with the option for three, one-year\nrenewal periods (Agreement No. 2024-XXX).
