Approve Amendment No. 1 to the 2004 Agreement for Control and Use of Funds to Support the Efforts of\nHillside Open Space Education Coalition (HOSEC) to transfer administrative and fiscal duties from the City of\nBrea to the City of Whittier and make minor adjustments to HOSEC’s operational procedures.\n— 2. Authorize City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1 and take all actions necessary to\nimplement and administer the terms of the amendment. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
