Professional Services Agreement With CliftonLarsonAllen to Audit the\nCity's Financial Statements and Perform Other Financial Audits for the\nThree Fiscal Years Ending June 30, 2024, 2025, and 2026, with the Option\nof Two Subsequent Fiscal Years\nRecommendation -\n1. Receive and file information regarding selecting CliftonLarsonAllen to\naudit the City’s financial statements and to perform other financial audits\nfor the three fiscal years ending June 30, 2024, 2025, and 2026, with the\noption of two subsequent fiscal years, pursuant to a Request for\nProposals for professional audit services for the City of El Segundo.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the professional services agreement\nfor auditing services with CliftonLarsonAllen. The agreement is for three\nyears for a total of $213,915 with an option to renew the agreement for\nanother two years for a total of $155,104.\n3.
