1.\nAward of Construction Agreement to Huntington Beach Electric, Inc. and Notice\nof Exemption for the Hook Park Soccer Field Lighting Installation, Project\nCC24-077\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Conduct the Public Hearing and receive testimony regarding the proposed\nproject and contract;\n(2) Close the Public Hearing;\n(3) Find the proposed project categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15314 –\nMinor Additions to Schools;\n(4) Adopt Resolution 24-022 amending the annual budget for Fiscal Year 2023-\n2024 to reflect an additional appropriation in the amount of $75,426.88; and\n(5) Approve a Construction Agreement in the amount not to exceed\n$198,000.00 to Huntington Beach Electric, Inc. for the Hook Park Soccer Field\nLighting Installation, Project CC24-077.
