2.\nAnnexation of Tract Map No. 18980 into Drainage Facilities Assessment District\nNo. 1 and Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 6\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Conduct the public hearing;\n(2) Take testimony;\n(3) Conclude the public hearing and direct the City Clerk to tabulate the\nassessment ballots;\n(4) Adopt Resolution Nos. 24-024 and 24-025 declaring the results of the\nproperty owner protest ballots; and\n(5) If no majority protest exists, adopt Resolution Nos. 24-026 and 24-027\nconfirming that no majority protest exists, adopting the Engineer’s Reports as\nfinal, ordering the annexation of Tract Map No. 18980 into Drainage Facilities\nassessment District No. 1 and Landscape Maintenance Assessment District\nNo. 6, and the levy and collection of assessments on the parcels therein\ncommencing in Fiscal Year 2024/2025.\nCONSENT CALENDAR
