8.\nBudget Amendment for Additional Highway Safety Improvement Program Grant\nFunds for the Seventh Street Traffic Signal Modifications Project and Project\nCoding Update\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-023 to amend the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 budget\nappropriating additional revenue and expenses of $639,500 from the State of\nCalifornia’s Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) for the Seventh\nStreet Traffic Signal Modifications Project; and\n(2) Accept Project account coding update.
