10.11 Contract Change Order and Notice of Completion and Acceptance for the Casa\nBlanca and Willows/Lake Ridge Communities Resurfacing Projects\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Contract Change Order No.\n1 with COPP Construction, Inc. for construction services related to Casa\nBlanca Community Resurfacing Project and the Willows/Lake Ridge\nCommunity Resurfacing Project, in the amount of $40,418.95, increasing the\ncontract value to a total amount not­to­exceed $2,299,550.30; and\n2. Accept the improvements for the Casa Blanca Community Resurfacing Project\nand Willows/Lake Ridge Community Resurfacing Project; and\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the Riverside County\nRecorder’s Office.
