10.6 Agreement with All Magic MV, Inc. for On­Call Auto Body Repair Services for City\nVehicles\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a General Services\nAgreement (“Agreement”) with All Magic MV, Inc. for on­call automotive body\nrepair services for city vehicles for an initial term extending through June 30,\n2025, in a total not­to­exceed amount of $140,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve four additional one­year extensions in an\nannual amount not­to­exceed $140,000 plus any Consumer Price Index (CPI)\nadjustments up to ten percent, annually; and\n3. Authorize the Finance Department to issue individual purchase orders against\nthe Agreement.
