10.5 Agreements with GrayMar Environmental Services, Inc. and HCI Environmental and\nEngineering for On­Call Hazardous Waste Management and Emergency Response\nServices\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with GrayMar Environmental Services, Inc. for on­call hazardous\nwaste management and emergency response services for an initial term\nextending through June 30, 2025, in a total not­to­exceed amount of $60,000;\nand\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with HCI Environmental and Engineering for on­call hazardous\nwaste management and emergency response services for an initial term\nthrough June 30, 2025, in a total not­to­exceed amount of $60,000; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to authorize and/or execute four, one­\nyear extensions for both agreements in an amount not­to­exceed $60,000 plus\nany Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustments up to ten percent, annually; and\n4. Authorize the Finance Department to issue individual purchase orders against\nthe agreements.
