15. CONSIDERATION OF AN APPROPRIATION OF $54,450 FOR THE ANNUAL FOURTH OF\nJULY EVENT AND APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT WITH PYRO-SPECTCULARS, INC. IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $35,590 FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS DISPLAY\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Appropriation of $54,450 from the General Fund balance to the Community Services Special\nEvents Account No. 101-8030-8031-8264 to fund the costs that occur in Fiscal Year 2023-2024\nfor the annual Fourth of July event; and\n2. Approve the contract with Pyro-Spectaculars, Inc. in the amount of $35,590 for the Fourth of\nJuly Fireworks display.
