13. Authorization to Submit a Voucher Application Pursuant to the U.S.\nDepartment of Energy's Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant\nProgram (EEBCG) for the Procurement of Solar Powered Lighting\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize staff to submit a voucher application to the Department of\nEnergy’s EECBG Program for the procurement of solar-power\nlighting equipment; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $127,900 to Fund\nNo. 270, assign an account number including the project number,\nand make the necessary budget adjustments; and\n3.
