(1)\nFindings to Continue Teleconference Meetings\nPursuant to AB 361\nDetermination in accordance with AB 361 Section 3(e)\n(3) that, while the state of emergency due to the\nCOVID-19 pandemic, as originally proclaimed by the\nGovernor on March 4, 2020, remains active and/or\nstate or local officials have imposed or recommended\nmeasures to promote social distancing, this legislative\nbody has reconsidered the circumstances or the state\nof emergency and that the state of emergency\ncontinues to directly impact the ability of the\nmemebers to meet safely in person and/or state or\nlocal officials continue to impose or recommend\nmeasures to promote social distancing.
