RESOLUTION NO. - Five (5)-year Lease with Singapore Airlines Limited, and associated\nBuilding Rental Rate: Covering the property located at 6181 West Imperial Highway within Los\nAngeles International Airport, for estimated revenue of $13,300,000 over the term, exclusive of\nperiodic rental rate adjustment\nPURPOSE: Staff requests a new five (5)-year Lease with Singapore Airlines Limited to continue\ncargo operations at Los Angeles International Airport.\n1.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport\nCommissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Class 1 (18)(c) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines;\napprove the Lease with Singapore Airlines Limited and the associated building rental rate; and\nauthorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said Lease after approval as to\nform by the City Attorney and approval by the Los Angeles City Council.
