6. APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER TO CONTRACT FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR\nACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM (ATP) CROSSWALK TRAFFIC CONTROL\nDEVICES PROJECT — F2M22-56, C2M23-6, M2M24-59\nOn March 13, 2023, the City Council awarded a contract to Stantec Consulting Services,\nInc. in the amount of $94,796.00 for the Design Services for the ATP Crosswalk Traffic\nControl Devices Project. During the design, it was determined that additional work was\nrequired to meet current standards. Additional work includes traffic counts, incorporation\nof the Green Streets project components, and additional ADA curb ramps. The additional\nwork requires design services in the amount of $11,752.00. All other provisions of the will\nremain unchanged.\nRecommended Action: City Council approve a Change Order, subject to final\nlanguage approval by the City Manager and City Attorney, in the amount of $11,752.00\nfor the Professional Engineering Design Services for the ATP Crosswalk Traffic Control\nDevices Project that was awarded to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. (C2M23-6); and,\ndirect staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council's action. (M2M24-59)
