SELECTION OF AN ARTIST FOR THE PAINTING OF MURALS AT JULIA RUSS ASMUS\nPARK AND HANNON PARK; AND CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN\nAGREEMENT WITH THE SELECTED ARTIST\nSelection of an artist or artist team for the painting of murals at Julia Russ Asmus Park and Hannon\nPark; and consideration of a Resolution approving a Contract Services Agreement with the\nselected artist or artist team.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council by motion:\n1. Select an artist or artist team for the painting of murals at Julia Russ Asmus Park and Hannon\nPark;\n2. Adopt the attached Resolution; and\n3.
