7. CONSIDERATION OF CPI ADJUSTMENT REQUEST FROM WEST COAST ARBORIST,\nINC. FOR TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND EXTENSION OF CONTRACT\nSERVICES AGREEMENT\nConsideration of a Resolution to approve a Second Amendment to the Contract Services\nAgreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. (WCA) allowing a consumer price index (CPI)\nadjustment of 3% to the City's contract with WCA for citywide tree maintenance services and\nexercise the right to extend the Contract Services Agreement for the remaining one-year extension\nof term.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City\nManager to execute the Second Amendment with West Coast Arborists, Inc. to approve a CPI\nadjustment of 3% and exercise the right to extend the Term of the Contract Services Agreement to\nOctober 11, 2025.
