RESOLUTION NO. - Mid-Year Landing Fees and Other Charges for Los Angeles\nInternational Airport: Effective March 1, 2023, that will generate approximately $132,000,000\nin landing fee revenue\nPURPOSE: To approve mid-year landing fees rate adjustments to be charged to air carriers for\nuse of airfield and apron facilities at Los Angeles International Airport, effective March 1, 2023\nthrough June 30, 2023, and an amendment to Board Resolution 27518.\n16.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport\nCommissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Class 1 (31) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines;\napprove the mid-year rates and charges for Los Angeles International Airport, effective March\n1, 2023 through June 30, 2023; approve amendment to Board Resolution 27518 to include the\nnew schedule of mid-year rates for Los Angeles International Airport, effective March 1, 2023\nthrough June 30, 2023; and further adopt the Resolution attached to the staff report.
