9. PROMENADE AD HOC COMMITTEE WORK PLAN\nRecommendations: It is recommended by Mayor Sue Kempf and Councilmember\nMark Orgill that the City Council:\n(1) Receive an update on the City Council Ad Hoc Committee concerning the\nPromenade on Forest project work plan;\n(2) Reaffirm the Promenade on Forest project description as a pedestrian plaza;\nand\n(3) In lieu of holding a design competition, utilize SWA as the project’s design firm\nvia an existing on-call services contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $30,000.
