8. OPTIONS FOR FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION\nRecommendations: Provide direction to staff on which show the City should proceed\nwith for the Fourth of July Celebrations:\na. Firework Show:\ni. Authorize the City Manager to execute a service agreement with Pyro\nSpectaculars in the amount not-to-exceed $42,000 to provide a\nfirework show from Monument Point; and\nii. Direct staff to include the remaining balance of $22,000 in the Fiscal\nYear 2024-25 Budget. or\nb. Drone Light Show:\ni. Authorize the City Manager to execute a service agreement with\nOpen Sky Drone Light Shows or Skyworx Drone Shows for $75,000\nto provide a drone light show;\nii. Appropriate $17,500 from the General Fund for the service deposit;\nand\niii. Direct staff to include the remaining balance of $35,000 in the Fiscal\nYear 2024-25 Budget.
