PARKING, TRAFFIC, AND CIRCULATION COMMITTEE\nRECOMMENDATIONS\nRecommendations:\n(1) Approve the Parking, Traffic, and Circulation Committee’s recommendation to\ninstall parking restrictions on the 5th Avenue access road by adopting the\nResolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING PARKING\nRESTRICTIONS ON FIFTH AVENUE”;\n(2) Approve the Parking, Traffic, and Circulation Committee’s recommendation to\ndemarcate parking spaces on Cress Street by adopting the Resolution titled, “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH,\nCALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING DEMARCATED PARKING SPACES ON\nCRESS STREET”; and\n(3) Approve the Parking, Traffic, and Circulation Committee’s recommendation to\ninstall parking restrictions on Crescent Bay Drive and Circle Way by adopting the\nResolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING PARKING\nRESTRICTIONS CRESCENT BAY DRIVE AND CIRCLE WAY”.
