12. Approve Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 18-1825 with Mariposa\nLandscapes Inc. for Landscape Maintenance Services. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve an Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 18-1825 with Mariposa\nLandscapes, Inc. pursuant to the exemptions provided in section 3.20.030\nof the Pico Rivera Municipal Code, for an annual amount of $348,240 and a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $696,500 ($29,020 per month for a term of two (2)\nyears);\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to process change orders in an\namount not-to-exceed 10% of the total amendment, as needed, up to\n$69,650 for contingency purposes;\n3. Find the approval of Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 18-1825, to be\npursuant to Pico Rivera Municipal Code Section 3.20.030 (B), in order to\nmodify agreement compensation, scope of work, and extend the term for\nLandscape Maintenance Services with Mariposa Landscapes, Inc.; and\n4.
