8. Approve a Resolution Declaring Designated Fleet Inventory and Equipment\nas Surplus Personal Property. (200)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a resolution declaring the vehicles and equipment included in Exhibit\nA to the resolution as surplus personal property and direct the City Manager, or\nhis designee, to proceed with the disposal of such vehicles and equipment, and\napproving of the sale of any such vehicles or equipment over $5,000 to the\nhighest bidder; and\n2.
