6. ADOPT A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS\nFOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 ANNUAL SLURRY SEAL PROJECT\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt the Resolution to:\n1. Approve the plans and specifications for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024\nAnnual Slurry Seal Project (City Project No. PW-702-23).\n2. Award a construction contract to All American Asphalt in the amount of\n$769,998.00;\n3. Appropriate $476,392 in unencumbered Proposition (Prop) C funds.\n4. Return the appropriated $415,000 of Gas Tax funds to fund balance.\n5. Approve additional construction expenditures not to exceed $77,000,\nwhich is approximately 10% of the construction contract amount.\n6. Authorize the Acting City Manager to Execute all Contract Documents;\nand
