First Amendment to Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Community Development Block Grant\nProgram Memorandum of Understanding and Second Amendment to the\n2022-2023 Annual Action Plan to increase funding for the project.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Authorize the Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (AGR-7407) to\nincrease proposed project CDBG funding by $97,980.66, for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $727,510.66, amend the Project Description to reflect the revised project\nscope, and authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the amendment\non behalf of the City.\n2. Authorize the Second Amendment to the 2022-2023 Annual Action Plan to increase\nthe allocation to the 2022-2023 Street Rehabilitation project by $97,980.66 to a total\nallocation of $727,510.66 and submit the Amendment to the Department of Housing\nand Urban Development (HUD).\n3.
