Cooperative Agreement with the City of Downey for Shared Cost for Uncontrolled\nMarked School/Pedestrian Crosswalk Safety Enhancement Project, CIP No. 22-10 for two\ncrosswalks on Gardendale Street\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving a Cooperative Agreement with the City of Downey to participate in the\nimplementation of the Uncontrolled Marked School/Pedestrian Crosswalk Safety Enhancement\nProject, CIP No. 22-10 ("Project") necessary to make pedestrian safety improvements at two\nuncontrolled marked school/pedestrian crosswalks located on Gardendale Street, at no cost to\nthe City;\nb. Appropriating $10,000 in Proposition C Funds to fund the City's administrative costs; and\nc.
