A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nOrange rescinding Resolution No. 11424 and amending the citywide pay\nschedule in accordance with the requirements of California Code of Regulations,\nTitle 2, Section 570.5.\n13. Authorize the following changes to the City’s Schedule of Positions:\na. Authorize the Assistant City Manager position in the City Manager’s\nOffice.\nb. Eliminate the Internal Audit Manager position in the City Manager’s\nOffice.\nc. Reclassify the Assistant City Manager position to a Community Services\nDirector in the Community Services Department.\nd. Grand Street.\nRecommended Action:\nThe City Council shall consider the record and such additional evidence as may be\noffered and may affirm, reverse, or modify, in whole or in part, the action that was\nappealed.
