12. Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) Citigaurd Professional Services\nAgreement First Amendment\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: 1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement\nfirst amendment with Citiguard for the period of one year from 03/15/2024 to\n03/15/2025 to provide professional services necessary to operate the BHCH site.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep record\nof documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Professional\nServices Agreement with Citiguard.\n3. Authorize the Department of Finance to amend create a blanket purchase\norder for Citiguard not to exceed $215,796 in administrative fees.
