14. Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) LA CADA Professional Services\nAgreement First Amendment\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: 1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement\nfirst amendment with LA CADA for the period of one year from 03/15/2024 to\n03/15/2025 to provide professional services necessary to operate the BHCH site.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep\nrecord of documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2024-2025\nProfessional Services Agreement with LA CADA.\n3. Authorize the Department of Finance to amend create a blanket purchase\norder for LA CADA not to exceed $798,428.88 in administrative fees.
