Continued Discussion on Consideration of License\nAgreement with C3 AI At the April 9, 2024, City Council\nmeeting, Mayor Ly received a request to table the discussion\nfor consideration of an agreement with C3 AI at the next\nmeeting. In a consensus, the City Council directed the City\nClerk to schedule a special meeting or bring back the item\nbefore the City Council at the April 23rd meeting.\nRecommendation: That the City Council take the following\nactions:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute the License\nAgreement with C3 AI for the C3 Generative AI and/or C3\nAI Law Enforcement subscription(s), OR\n2.
