PUBLIC HEARING AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION AND AMENDING THE\nRESOLUTION PERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION (PLHA) PLAN\n24:009 FOR THE 2020-2023 PROGRAM YEARS\nRecommended Action: Read by title only and adopt Resolution\nNo. 24:009, authorizing the application and amending the\nPermanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) plan for the 2020-2023\nprogram years; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nPLHA Program Application, and other related documents to the\nPLHA program and submit all required documents and agreements\nto amend the PLHA plan for the 2020-2023 program years in\ncompliance with HCD regulations.
