7.f. 2023 HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT\nThe 2023 Housing Element Annual Progress Report summarize the City’s\nprogress with regard to the implementation of the goals, policies, and\nprograms of the City’s General Plan. It also summarizes the activities of\nthe Community Development Department from January 1, 2023, through\nDecember 31, 2023. This report was submitted on April 1, 2024 per state\nmandate and was approved by the State Department of Housing and\nCommunity Development (HCD). Staff recommends that the City Council\nreceive and file the 2023 Annual Progress Report.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council receive and\nfile the Housing Element Annual Progress Report for Calendar Year 2023.\nCONSENT CALENDAR (CONTINUED)
