LETTER FROM EPIPHANY CATHOLIC SCHOOL REQUESTING A\nFACILITY FEE WAIVER FOR THE USE OF THE SENIOR CENTER\nDINING ROOM TO HOST A MOMMY AND ME SPRING TEA PARTY\nEVENT\nThe Epiphany Catholic School (Epiphany) is requesting a facility fee\nwaiver for the use of the Senior Center dining room on Sunday, April 28,\n2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to host a Mommy and Me Spring Tea\nParty. In addition, Epiphany is requesting the City Council to waive all the\nassociated fees incurred for the reservation.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Discuss and consider the facility fee waiver request by Epiphany in the\namount of $1,150.00; and\n2. Discuss and consider waiving all associated rental fees for the\nreservation in the amount of $1,250.00
