7.g. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-152,\nAPPROVING AN AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT WITH\nJOHN L. HUNTER AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ENVIRONMENTAL\nSERVICES\nOn January 12, 2021, the City and John L. Hunter entered into a Contract\nServices Agreement for environmental services and the management of\nthe MS4 NPDES regulatory permit. On December 14, 2021, City Council\napproved Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with\nJohn L. Hunter and Associates to add more services to the scope of work\nand increase the maximum compensation. To ensure continuity of the\nservices, staff recommends adopting a resolution approving the Amended\nand Restated Agreement with John L. Hunter and Associates, Inc. for\nEnvironmental Services for a three-year term.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-152, approving the Amended and Restated\nAgreement with John L. Hunter for Environmental Services in the\namount of $459,160; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute the\nagreement.
