Accept Senate Bill (SB) 1383 Local Assistance Grant Award in amount of $207,619; adopt\nbudget amendment resolution for Fiscal Year 2023-24 increasing budget in Miscellaneous\nGrant Fund by $207,619 for CalRecycle grant; find that exception to competitive bidding\nprocedures under Chino Hills Municipal Code (CHMC) Section 3.16.110.G applies because\nFinn Roadway Maintenance has existing contract through Sourcewell, and procurement\nprocess utilized by entity is substantially similar to provisions of CHMC Chapter 3.16 -\nPurchasing System; authorize issuance of purchase order to Clairemont Equipment\nCompany, an authorized Finn dealership utilizing Contract #070821-FNN, in amount of\n$160,767.45 for purchase of MBH6 Material Blower Trailer to lay organic material in large\nquantities to meet\nSB 1383 procurement goals and find acceptance of grant and purchase exempt from review\nunder California Environmental Quality Act
