Opens the Public Hearing and receives testimony;\n2. Closes the Public Hearing; and\n3. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, for the adoption of the Proposed 2025\nFive-Year Program of Projects for the SANDAG Regional Transportation\nImprovement Program (RTIP).
