8. APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) NO. 24-04 BETWEEN THE CENTRAL BASIN\nMUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO FOR SUPPLYING RECYCLED WATER\nTO THE MONTEBELLO GOLF COURSE, AND FOR NOTIFICATION FROM THE CITY TO THE DISTRICT OF\nANY FUTURE MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING RECYCLED WATER SYSTEM\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) No. 24-04 between the Central Basin Municipal Water\nDistrict and the City of Montebello for supplying recycled water to the Montebello Golf Course, and for\nnotification from the City of Montebello to the District of any future modifications to the existing recycled\nwater system; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
