4. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 24-03 WITH\nTHE MONTEBELLO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (MUSD) TO PARTNER WITH THEIR ADULT TRANSITION\nPROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) No. 24-03 with the\nMontebello Unified School District (MUSD) to partner with their Adult Transition Program; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
