14. BID & PURCHASE - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH J. SMITH & T.\nMULI, INC. TO PREPARE A STORM DRAIN AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT\nMASTER PLAN UPDATE\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with J. Smith & T. Muli, Inc. for\nengineering services for a term of approximately two years, May 1, 2024,\nthrough June 30, 2026, in the amount of $699,011, and waive any and all minor\nirregularities in the proposal.\nb. Award Request for Proposal 24-052AS to J. Smith & T. Muli, Inc. to prepare a\nStorm Drain and Stormwater Management Master Plan Update.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with J. Smith & T. Muli, Inc. in the amount of $699,011, including\nany non-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and\namendments up to the amount authorized in Corona Municipal Code Section\n3.08.070(I), which is equivalent to 10% or $69,901.\nd. Authorize an appropriation in the amount of $600,000 to the Drainage Master Plan\nUpdate Operating and Maintenance Project No. 77390 from the Drainage Fee\nFund 212.
