4.6 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH SCA OF CA, LLC FOR\nSTREET SWEEPING SERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement SCA of CA, LLC to perform street\nsweeping services that renews the agreement for an additional one-year term and\nincreases the total compensation under the agreement by $115,000 for a total\nagreement amount of $500,000; and\n2.
