4.7 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH GMU GEOTECHNICAL, INC. FOR\nON-CALL GEOTECHNICAL AND MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a first amendment to the agreement with GMU Geotechnical, Inc. (GMU)\nto perform geotechnical and materials testing services that renews the agreement\nfor an additional one-year term and increases the total compensation under the\nagreement by $50,000 for a total agreement amount of $250,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the first amendment to the agreement.\nStaff Report\nAttachment 1 - Agreement Amendment
