CONSIDERATION AND DISCUSSION OF RE-ESTABLISHING THE FINANCE AD HOC\nCOMMITTEE, INCLUDING ITS MEMBER COMPOSITION, AND DISCUSSION REGARDING ITS\nSCOPE AS IT RELATES TO THE STUDY, REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF THE CITY’S\nFINANCES AND RELATED OPERATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVISING THE CITY\nCOUNCIL AND IF CREATED, SELECTING ITS MEMBERS\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council discuss and/or take action to re-establish a Finance Ad\nHoc Committee, including discussion and/or action on its member composition and scope, related\nto the study, review and analysis of the City’s finances and related operations for the purpose of\nadvising the City Council.
