D. APPROVAL OF CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH GRC\nASSOCIATES INC. AND TRIPEPI SMITH FOR THE MANUFACTURED\nHOUSING OPPORTUNITY AND REVITALIZATION (MORE)\nPROGRAM\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the agreement for\nconsultant services between the City of Jurupa Valley and GRC\nAssociates, Inc. (GRC) for assistance in the administration of the MORE\nprogram.\n2. That the City Council approve the agreement for consultant services\nbetween the City of Jurupa Valley and Tripepi Smith to develop and\nimplement a marketing strategy for the MORE program.\n3. That the City Council authorize the Interim Finance Director to make any\nnecessary budget adjustments.
