6.\nApproval of Proposal from APN Landscape, Inc. for De Anza Elementary\nSchool Parkway Landscape Maintenance Project - CIP Project No. 24-\n018-55037\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposal and award the maintenance project to APN\nLandscaping Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $50,780; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary budget\ntransfers and adjustments for the proposed landscape maintenance\nproject; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Public Works, or his designee, to complete\nand process the necessary documents.\nSTAFF REPORT
