RI-10 APPROVE AMENDMENT NO.2 WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL\nDISTRICT (LACFCD) – SAFE CLEAN WATER PROGRAM (SCWP) FOR REGIONAL\nPROGRAM FUNDS FOR BOLIVAR PARK AND MAYFAIR PARK - Staff recommends the City\nCouncil approve Amendment No. 2 for Bolivar Park and Mayfair Park establishing terms and\nconditions for the transfer of Safe, Clean Water Program funds to the City, and authorize the Mayor\nto sign Amendment No. 2 for both the Bolivar Park and Mayfair Park with the Los Angeles County\nFlood Control District to continue to receive funds through the Safe, Clean Water Program.
