J. APPROVAL OF MISSION PLAYHOUSE TICKETING SOFTWARE CONTRACT\nWITH AUDIENCEVIEW\nSince 2016, the City of San Gabriel has used Ticketmaster LLC for ticketing\nservices for the Mission Playhouse. The initial User Agreement had a set term\nof three years and expired in December of 2019.\nStaff has reviewed options for new ticketing software and recommends the\napproval of a contract with AudienceView. The proposed agreement is for five\nyears and will be up for renewal in April of 2029.\nThe report recommends the City Council discontinue the partnership with\nTicketmaster and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with\nAudienceView.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the AudienceView contract\neffective immediately and include the related ongoing expenses in the Fiscal\nYear 2024-25 budget. Staff also recommends that the City Council authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the contract with Card Connect pending approval\nby the City Attorney.
