REVIEW OF CITY’S CONFLICT OF INTEREST\nCODE The Political Reform Act requires that no\nlater than July 1st of each even-numbered year, the\nCity Council direct a review of the City’s Conflict of\nInterest Code.\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil direct the City Manager, or designee, to\nhave the City’s Conflict of Interest Code reviewed,\nfile a statement of review with the City Council no\nlater than October 1, 2024, and revise the Conflict of\nInterest Code based upon such review, if necessary.\nAgenda Report
