AN APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE THE\nMODERATE INCOME AFFORDABLE HOUSING\nUNIT AT 133 LIBERTY STREET The Tustin Housing\nAuthority ("Authority") is seeking an appropriation to\npurchase the moderate income affordable housing\nunit at 133 Liberty Street under the terms of a\nSettlement Agreement with the homeowner.\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil appropriate $466,651 from unappropriated\nreserves of the General Fund to purchase the\nmoderate income affordable housing unit at 133\nLiberty Street.\nAgenda Report
